Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TechElevatr Digital Solutions, we strive to deliver exceptional IT services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures.
1. Project Cancellation
Before Project Commencement
- Cancellations made before project work begins are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to info@techelevator.com
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
After Project Commencement
- If project work has started, cancellation charges will apply based on work completed
- Client will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Advance payment is non-refundable if work has commenced
- Any remaining balance after deducting completed work charges will be refunded
Mid-Project Cancellation
- Client may cancel at any stage with written notice
- All completed work and source files will be delivered to the client
- Payment for work completed must be settled before final delivery
- No refund will be provided for advance payments if work has progressed beyond 25%
2. Refund Policy
Eligible for Full Refund
- Payment made but project agreement not signed
- Duplicate payment or payment processing errors
- Service not delivered due to our inability to fulfill requirements
- Cancellation before project commencement (minus 10% admin fee)
Eligible for Partial Refund
- Cancellation after project commencement but before 25% completion
- Mutual agreement to terminate project mid-way
- Refund amount will be calculated based on work completed
Not Eligible for Refund
- Project completed and delivered as per agreement
- Client dissatisfaction after approval of deliverables
- Change of mind after project is more than 50% complete
- Hosting, domain, or third-party service fees (non-refundable)
- Custom development work already completed and delivered
- Monthly/recurring service fees (SEO, maintenance, hosting)
3. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-7 days may be required for bank processing
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once refund is initiated
4. Service-Specific Policies
Website Development
- Cancellation before design approval: 80% refund
- Cancellation after design approval: 50% refund
- Cancellation after development starts: No refund
Mobile App Development
- Cancellation before wireframe approval: 70% refund
- Cancellation after UI/UX approval: 40% refund
- Cancellation after development starts: No refund
SEO Services
- Monthly subscription can be cancelled with 15 days notice
- No refund for current month if service has been provided
- Setup fees are non-refundable
Hosting & Domain Services
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable
- Hosting fees are non-refundable after service activation
- Unused hosting months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (within first 30 days only)
5. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding cancellation or refunds should be raised within 15 days
- We will review each case individually and respond within 5 business days
- If resolution cannot be reached, matter will be subject to arbitration in Noida, UP
6. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent us from delivering services:
- Project timeline will be extended without additional charges
- Client may choose to cancel and receive a full refund of unused advance payment
- No penalties will apply to either party
7. How to Request Cancellation/Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed as per the timeline mentioned above
