1. Services

TechElevatr provides IT services including but not limited to:

  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • SEO Services
  • CRM/ERP Solutions
  • Lead Generation
  • Web Hosting & Domain Services

2. Project Agreement

  • All projects require a signed agreement and advance payment as per the payment terms.
  • Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be clearly defined in the project proposal.
  • Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
  • Client must provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedule will be defined in the project agreement (typically 50% advance, 50% on completion).
  • Payments must be made within 7 days of invoice date.
  • Late payments may result in project suspension and additional charges.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all custom code and designs become the property of the client.
  • TechElevatr retains the right to use the project in our portfolio.
  • Third-party components, plugins, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Client must not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.

5. Warranties & Limitations

  • We provide a warranty period (as specified in the agreement) for bug fixes and technical issues.
  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications, third-party plugins, or hosting problems.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Support & Maintenance

  • Support period is defined in the project agreement (typically 1-6 months).
  • Extended support and maintenance packages are available at additional cost.
  • Support includes bug fixes, minor updates, and technical assistance.
  • Major feature additions or redesigns are considered new projects.

7. Confidentiality

  • We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details.
  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • Client will be charged for work completed up to the termination date.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless specified in the refund policy.
  • Upon termination, all work-in-progress will be delivered to the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
